The Company, Deccan Infrastructure and Land Holdings Limited, has invited tenders for the purpose of selecting bidders to undertake Joint Venture Projects in three parcels of land situated at Bachupally, Koukur and Gajularamaram.
The Company has received Five (5) Bids from the developers with respect to Bachupally site and two (2) bids each, are received for Koukur and Gajularamaram sites.
Based on the presentation made by CRISIL Infrastructure Advisory, who are the consultants for Bid Process Management (BPM), and the results of evaluation of bids submitted by the various bidders for the above three sites, the Board Members have decided on accepting the Bid of Indu Projects Limited for Bachupally Site.
With respect to the sites situated at Gajularamaram and Kaukur, as the bids were far below the reserve price estimated by DILL, the Board members decide to reject the bids received.
With this the Company has commenced its commercial operations by launching its first Joint Venture Project at Bachupally, in which it has offered a piece of land admeasuring 90 acres for development. The project was awarded to the successful bidder, INDU Projects Limited, in August 2007. Bachupally is located about 7 KMs from Hitec City junction (Cyberabad) and about 2 KMs from Hyderabad – Mumbai National Highway No.9. Bachupally will be a fully integrated township being taken up at an estimated cost of about Rs.1500 Crores. The selected developer has paid the 1 st installment of development fee amounting to Rs.73.80 Crores (20% of total development fee). This marked our entry to the real estate market.
The Company shall float many more of such tenders in future for undertaking many Joint Venture Projects for Development of Town Ships and undertaking Infrastructure Projects.
Development of Six Land Parcels of Deccan Infrastructure and Land Holdings Limited in Andhra Pradesh
Deccan Infrastructure and Land Holdings Limited (DILL) envisage developing six parcels of land in prime locations in Hyderabad and Visakapatnam. There lands are suitable for residential, commercial and Institutional development.
DILL invites Expression of Interest (EoI) applications from reputed and competent agencies for undertaking the projects at each of the land parcels. The applications shall be submitted on or before March 18, 2008 (1600 Hours) to the office of DILL and shall contain all the information as required in the EoI-cum-Qualification Document issued by DILL for this purpose. DILL envisages the private partner to undertake designing, financing, construction, marketing and operation & maintenance of projects on the land parcels, based on terms and conditions to be set out in the Request for Proposal (RfP) document to be issued to applicants meeting the qualification criteria set out in EoI Document.

Change in Land Parcel at Kukatpally:
As specified in the minutes of Pre-Application Meeting, instead of the 30 Acres land parcel at Kukatpally bearing Survey No.1009 (P), a new land parcel measuring 10 Acres in Survey No.909 of Kukatpally Village, Balanagar Mandal is offered for bidding in the present bidding process.
